With a tight net team of dedicated professionals, we specialize in large-scale catering for weddings, corporate events, and family milestones. MR. CHEF CAMPBELL

A native of Milwaukee WI.

Inspired by my parents who were both chefs. After refining my abilities at several premier local restaurants, I joined the esteemed Bartolotta restaurant group, as a chef at "Mr. Bs Steak house". Subsequently, I assisted in launching kitchen operations for luxury hotels, such as The Westin and Stellas on Van Buren, earning acclaim for my work, including best steak house in Milwaukee award while employed with them. The highlight of my career was when I got hired to be a chef for the Milwaukee Bucks. I embarked upon freelance opportunities as a traveling private chef  servicing prominent individuals around the states. My personal goal is to open a culinary studio for underserved youth and become a long term resident in San Diego California.

City of Milwaukee, employee turned professional mixologist, I brought my passion for the art and science of culinary to the bar scene as a bar manager. Focusing on creating exceptional cocktails and dining experiences. Combining traditional culinary techniques with modern twists to create unique flavors that cater to diverse taste while maintaining ethical standards and promoting inclusivity. My expertise in flavor combinations and precision creates an unforgettable dining experience.


As someone who studies both the artistic side and scientific aspects behind creating exquisite cocktails and meals, it is crucial that one understands every step involved with preparation including flavor combinations needed during prep work so you can complete a flavorful experience.
