STARTING @ $40 PER PLATE PLUS GRATUITY

We offer complimentary high-end quality chaffers, and linen, with our staffed buffets. Any formal table settings, glassware, gold flatware, & china are available, additional fees apply.

Plated Dinner - Starting at $52pp

The most traditional reception style,  which is typically a meat or fish option plus a silent vegetarian option.

Guests pre-select their entrée choice when they submit their RSVP.

Staffed or Self Served Buffet - starting at $40pp

A buffet features long tables topped with a wide variety of food options

Family Style Dinner - Starting at $40pp

A family-style meal is exactly as it sounds: Everyone is seated as big platters and bowls of food are passed around the table, just like you might do with your own family at home. 

Staffed Serve Stations - Starting at $40pp plus $30 per server needed plus gratuity.

Very similar to buffets in that they give your guests a nice variety of food options. Stations typically have tables or areas specifically dedicated to certain dishes or types of foods. These are often more interactive and involved than a help-yourself buffet, so you will need people to staff these stations.

Cocktail hour - Starting at $24pp or half off if combined with dinner services.

A cocktail-style reception means guests can mix, mingle, and dance all night long and snack on small bites (either tray-passed or laid out on a grazing table in advance.

Appetizer Stations - Starting at $30pp

A variety of finger foods or appetizers are beautifully displayed buffet-style on a table to delight your guests, and usually guests help themselves or

Passed appetizers are served from a tray instead of a table.

If you're offering appetizers, plan for about six portions per guest. For a party of 100 guests, this adds up to roughly 600 appetizer portions.

ANOMALY CATERING IS A LICENSED BONDED AND INSURED CATERING COMPANY.

IT IS STILL THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO REGISTER CATERER WITH VENUE, ALL OFF-SITE CATERING FEES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CLIENT PRIOR TO EVENT. CATERER WILL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO VENDOR VIA EMAIL.

A non refundable deposit of $1000 is due to secure calendar date, after menu creation a contract will be drafted. Balance is due 30 calendar days prior to wedding date.

Wedding bookings must be provided  at least 6 months in advance or an additional service fee of $500 will be applied.

STAFFED EVENTS

$30 PER SERVER PER HOUR, PLUS 20 % GRATUITY

Breakdown of Costs:

($30 per hr charge per server).
Events normally require a minimum of 4 staffed hours which includes:

One hour of serving time, and three hours to load, drive to your location, buffet set up, buffet tear down, drive  back and unloading.

SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF WEDDING CATERING SERVICES:

Wedding catering services play an important role in ensuring the success of a wedding reception. Our main role is to provide food for the wedding guests in a professional and efficient manner. 

  1. Menu planning: Anomaly Catering wants your wedding day to be personal and creative. We threw away menus in 2020 leaving our guest with the option to customize 'The Best Food Ever,' For The Best Day Ever.' We work closely with our couple to create a menu that fits their tastes, preferences, and dietary needs. We offer complimentary high-end quality chaffers, and table set-ups.

  2. Food preparation and presentation: Our catering team is responsible for preparing the food, using high-quality ingredients and culinary techniques. We also ensure that the food is presented in an appealing and attractive way, with attention to detail and aesthetics.

  3. Service staff: Anomaly Catering provides trained and professional service staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs, who are responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning up after the event. 

  4. Equipment and rentals: we do not offer rentals, such as tables, lighting, chairs, tents, and decor. However we do provided linen, china, glassware, and flatware.

  5. Coordination: The catering service works closely with the wedding planner or coordinator to ensure that the catering logistics are in line with the overall event schedule and timeline.
